Hi!
Concept, art direction and execution.
Movie-me is a personal project dedicated to movies that have had a profound influence on me. It aims to deliver an emotional immersive experience to those who view it.
The project is divided in a series of animations focusing on typography manipulation and a series of posters that depict movies through colours and shapes.
As Lead of OVO Energy experience migration design team, I created guidelines for acquired brands, optimised work processes, and developed digital and web style systems. I took charge of extending these guidelines to print media and partnered with external agencies and third-party companies to ensure their proper implementation across all products.
I also worked collaboratively with the OVO central studio brand team, designing multiple brand and product projects across various mediums such as digital, print, out-of-home (OOH), and motion graphics.
Novakid hired me as Head of Creative and Production, to start a rebrand, back in 2023. The strategy was to make the brand fun, bold, and linked to super heroes. So I looked at comic books from 50s all the way to 90s, in order to create a visual and verbal lanaguage that would recall that kind of excitement, colours, and fun. Novakid branding revolves around amix of old and new, that would resonate with parents as well as children, in 16 countries around the world. An adventurous, bold and fun brand that would fill the world of colours and a desire, in every parents“ heart, for their children to join a new way of learning and have fun.
I was lucky enough to work on Ericsson UI in collaboration with Jack Morton agency team. An invaluable experience of how technology and human centred design are intrinsically connected was reflected in the easiness of communication with Ericsson and their deep understanding of design and communication.
Ericsson is a diverse and inclusive organisation that has core important values (Respect, Professionalism, Perseverance and Integrity). It was important to reflect that for its own people, customers and society. By collaborating with people from different experiences Ericsson drives innovation, which is essential for future growth.
An app designed to connect movie lovers and share opinions, suggestions, recommendations. This is a personal passion project, made to explore the idea of a community. I worked on this project during Covid19 lockdown, when feeling connected and share a passion was more important than ever. Being overwhelmed with constant news, worried and isolated, there was a need to find a positive discussion topic with people around the world. Finding ways to be close in isolation became a central point of my design research and reflection and it triggered a desire to continue to do so in my next projects.
I was hired by Tossed / Vital commercial director, in the summer of 2019, to design their offline and online summer campaign. The brief was to design a tailored campaign to promote their new summer products: sun, lightness, freshness. We needed a memorable campaign, that would convey both the quality and convenience of the stores healthy food summer offers. My work included the launch campaign concept, art direction, project management, branding, in-store menu boards and menus redesign, windows vinyls and OOH
As Head of Design at Tossed, I was the brand guardian, online and offline. I designed and overviewed the production of the company new stores fittings and graphics, I worked on large prints, internal comms, small prints, digital graphics, website, UX, company tablets UI design, company app, videos. I conducted a study that tackles the website UX, with a special focus on the online ordering process. The research took 8 weeks and involved users interviews, affinity mapping, personas creation, competitors research, storyboarding, user flow card sorting, mapping, testing, features prioritisation, lo fi wireframing, A/B testing, usability testing, prototyping and hi fi wireframing design.
As designer for Westhill Communication, I worked on the rebranding, the creative concept, digital, print and web design for Community Fibre Partnership group, part of Openreach Telecommunications.
The rebrand included the complete redesign of Community Fibre Partnership identity and corporate material. The project included identity and logo design, master image, digital design, design for the company website, photo research and retouch, large and small prints, advertising material for both indoor and outdoor.
As senior designer for the architecture and interior design firm Aukett Swanke, I worked on their digital and web design, as well as presentations and print mateiral. One of the projects I cherished the most is 'The Atrium and the City' branding for the London Festival of Architecture 2017. The exhibition was set up in the Royal Exchange. The location was chosen for its relevance as atrium / public space and for its long lasting relationship with Aukett Swanke practice. I was privileged enough to work on the exhibition planning, the brand identity, the totems print design, the exhibition print material, the digital graphics, and the social media campaign.
Brand identity project for Italian based photographer Agnese Spina. For Agnese and her minimal but unique style I designed the logo and identity, the stationary, print marketing material, we rethought and redesigned parts of her website to optimise the UX and we keep collaborating on regular basis to maintain the strong visual communication of the brand.
While working for Egmont UK, I illustrated and designed a collection of modern British classics that includes stories by authors such as Michael Morpurgo, author of the global success 'War horse', Julia Donaldson, the 'Gruffalo' creator and many other beloved children's books authors. From concept to final product, this box was designed with this in mind, in order to deliver a unique box that young readers could treasure for years to come. My work includes the concept, the illustrations, the books covers and the layout.

As a licensed character designer at Walker Books, I had the privilege to work on the Walker Entertainment imprint publications. I was lucky enough to meet and collaborate with some amazing companies such as BBC, Aardman Studios, Night&Day in LA, and talented illustrators and writers such as Polly Dunbar, Nick Butterworth, Henry Winkler. All the publications I worked on, were designed and illustrated with love and paramount dedication. Surely these books are some of the design products I am mostly proud of.
